Momentum have made the move to expand their team of Quality Consultants and build on their 100% success rate, due to increasing demand for their services. Momentum Partnership are seeing an increasing trend in companies looking to outsource the implementation and maintenance of their Quality Systems, rather than having to employ a Quality Manager full time.
Saba has developed a solid industry knowledge base as well as a detailed understanding of quality related tools and techniques, including lean manufacturing, 5S, six-sigma; along with problem solving tools such as 8D, 5C and FMEA.

Career Experience
Following a degree in Computer Networking and Communications Technology, Saba began his career in Quality with a global logistics organisation for the high-tech and automotive industries.
Saba’s main duties include maintaining the company’s KPI’s, conducting internal audits with accordance to ISO9001, 14001 and 18001 systems, as well as facilitating the audits from customers and external bodies.
From there, Saba moved to an international tooling company supplying the global fastener industry. Over a two year period, Saba had reduced internal scrap by 30%, almost halving the customer complaints as well as improving the performance of key suppliers.
As Quality Manager, Saba headed up the inspection department, controlling the workflow through the inspection department, working to minimise the impact on production whilst ensuring the highest standard of quality.
Saba was responsible for all quality related issues which included internal and supplier non-conformances, as well as proactively working with customers on problem resolutions and product development.
In his new role at Momentum Partnership, Saba is working to expand his knowledge and experience within both TS16949 and ISO27001. He will be instrumental in expansion and development of Momentum’s management systems portfolio, as well as maintaining the 100% success rate.
